The result is Méthode Champenoise wines of incredible finesse. The estate’s Sancerres are equally notable and are benchmarks for the appellation, with brightness, intensity, depth and minerality.
Laurent Onillon is a Loire Valley native and loves to share his passion for the region’s wines. He has worked enthusiastically for Langlois-Chateau as their sales and export manager since 2002.
